Or what will I need?
Your first link is to a plug adapter. It won't change the 240 VAC in Europe to the 120 VAC American devices need. If you tried to use them you would probably burn out your devices.
Your second link leads to an actual converter that will change the 240 VAC in Europe to the 120 VAC necessary for your American electrical devices. It also includes the adapters necessary for the different style of European plugs. It should work fine for you.
The only device you list that can take the 240 volts using just an adapter is the curling iron. All the others will need a converter.
