Madrid spain Travel allowance to leave?

Simular to the other blog.... We are talking to a young lady in spain... She fly from New York to Madrid Spain due to her fathers death, she had to settle the estates. Now she says she can not fly from Spain back into the United States without having 500.00 euros for allowance money. she say's she has dual citizenship as she has a passport for spain and also the usa ... she as well say's she can't leave spain due to immigration wont let her pass unless she has 500euros. Do you know if this law is true in the spanish immigration to return back into the usa.? Thanks for your help and advice...

Spanish Immigration does not demand any money from people leaving the country regardless of nationality. She does not have to pay anyone to leave, so I think this is probably a scam and she is trying to get money from you.
