What back pack is better for a girl in high school. one shoulder messenger bag or a regular back pack??
for Jr.High there is a fair amount of text books and heavy binders/notebooks and stuff. and i have to walk home (uphill) which back pack would be easier to carry and do less to my shoulders?
A backpack would be better. I have a messenger bag myself and I also walk home and despite how much I love messenger bags it hurts my shoulder often and sometimes it's rather awkward trying to squeeze all my books in there so in the end I carry half in my arms and even then my shoulders still hurt. If I were you I'd go with a normal one wearing both straps so the pressure is distributed equally among your shoulders.
