Using my backpack as a dumbbell?
My backpack is super heavy. When I wear it while sitting back, I may fall back. That's how heavy it is. Can I use it as a dumbbell for muscles? I don't have time to buy dumbbells and plus why not use a backpack (free) than actually buy one for money. Does it work?
yes a small one works the best - load it up full of heavy books and just grab hold of the top handle ,this isolates the biceps when performing super slow curls so that the intensity is REALLY good,try this - for 5 sets done to complete failure - contract ALL the way up - HOLD - for 10 seconds then slowly lower again - HOLD - for another 10 seconds then simply repeat ,you'll be surprised at just hard this simple movement becomes after just a few reps...
