How often should you wash a comforter? TARGET BED IN A BAF ZEBRA & LEOPARD REVERSABLE BEDDING!!?
Okay, long story short, for Christmas 2009 I wanted one thing, it was the Target Xhileration bedding in a bag zebra one side and pink leopard the other, it was reversable. I got it, and I'm sooo proud of it. I dont want to get rid of it, BUT, I've had it for 14 months, and it has a huge rip on each side, and like 17 little rips on each side. I sewed the big ones but it didn't work... so I'm wondering if I washed it too much? Should I just wash my sheets? If you had this same bedding, did it happen to you?
How often should you wash the comforter?
I washed it like once a month BTW.

must be your washer or you over dried it and made the seams weak i have had my comforters for years and they did,nt do that it may hve been cheaply made lose stitching etc
