Disney Resort or Bonnet Creek?

For those of you that have been to Disney World-Orlando, please advise. There are 10 of us going in December. We made plans to stay in a 3 bedroom at Bonnet Creek. Disney is now offering free dining plan for our dates. The total cost for room, tickets, and food will now be exactly the same for both. The extra magic hours really don't matter to us because we have young children.

Okay, I LOVE Bonnet Creek (it was the most gorgeous hotel room I've ever stayed in, and it's nicer than some expensive apartments...) but I'd say stick with the Disney resort.

I say this because Disney transportation is by far better than that at BC, and BC has improved over the years. We waited for nearly 2 hours for the next shuttle at Hollywood Studios, whereas Disney buses were coming every 10-20 minutes...

Also, the dining is much more convenient at Disney than it is at Bonnet Creek...

And you'll spend much more on food by paying out of pocket (as you would at BC) than you will in free dining. I even had snack credits left because there was so much food available on the Disney Dining Plan. I bought some awesome cookies to bring home to my family...

Go to Disney's resort, and save Bonnet Creek for another trip.
