Saddles - Doubled Leather Vs. Buffalo Leather?
I'm getting a new jumping saddle and I know that buffalo leather is more durable than others, but I've only seen it in Jaguar, Devoucoux, and County saddles? [[ I'm thinking about an Amerigo, Prestige, or Stubben ]] Would I be able to get a Prestige or Amerigo saddle in Buffalo leather? Or is doubled leather just as durable?

In my opinion, they are both as durable, it depends on the stitching and make of how good the quality.
We have 2 Stubben jumping saddles up at my big cousins riding school, we also have a albion, an Ideal and wintec pro jump.)
The most comfy one I have found is the Wintec pro jump!
Bought for £500 with girth stirrups e.t.c.
We had a bates but we sold it when we sold the horse(it was comfy too!)
The ideal is great but the stubben in my opinion isn't worth the money. Very hard and heavy!
