How to adhere fabric to cardstock?
I want to make checkbook covers, I've already ordered the clear vinyl outer parts and they come with the cardstock already pre-cut. I want to adhere different types of fabric (some cotton, some flannel, etc.) to the cardstock to give it extra durability before inserting it into the clear checkbook cover. Any suggestions on what type of glue to use? Will fabric glue work on the cardstock? Thanks!

Her listing says "The fabric used is ultra bonded to a cardstock insert for longer and heavier durability"
You can use something like Wonder Under, Stitch Witchery or a similar fusing product. Fuse it to the fabric and then fuse the fabric to the card stock. This gives a smooth finish unlike some of the other glues which either wrinkle or leave blobs.

I hear there's some bad batches of Wonder Under out there... maybe try the Stitch Witchery first? You can usually purchase this at fabric or quilting stores. There is a link to a stitch witchery source on the about.com site.
