men's suit tips. nightclub setting?
i have a charcoal grey suit with white pinstripes, light brown (cognac) stacy adam.. im trying to pull this together with a same or close color (cognac) belt.. my question is on the black short sleeve crew-neck... would it pull together and look nice in a club setting? im being more casual but want to want to look nice next to friends in suit and tie..
This is just my suggestion. I would go lighter with the shirt color, and here is my reasoning:
Picture yourself in the suit - which is fine btw. Now, people look at you and see the suit, right? Then their eyes focus inward, to your middle. Now, if you have a darker colored shirt than your suit, you look color punch drunk. You want to blend inward for peoples eyes to see and connect.
