What graphic designers/styles are in just now?
I've heard of TDR and some other designers and noticed there's a lot of dada/constructivist inspired stuff around but I just don't know where to look to find out more. I'm applying for a visual communications course at uni and wondering what designers it would be worth researching
The reason I'm asking which ones are in is because it does mention in the interview guidlines that you are expected to be aware of current trends/movements. I take my inspiration from artists and music mostly than designers, so I just think I should brush up on designers.
something else you may want to look into aswell is graffiti art, which is back on its way in. I have seen quite a few large companies using grafitti art in part of their logos, and advertisements in the UK. It is something worth looking into.
