Expandable Suitcase
How do you like this combination for luggage?
I bought a Victorinox 22" Werks Expandable Suitcase along with a Tumi Messanger bag both are in black. Do you think this will go well for my future travels? They seem to be good quality. It seems like these brands are a good fashion statement. Are these brands respected for people who are CEOs/ those have class and money? I am sure I will get good comments on my choice of luggage.
I am a million miler like George Clooney in Up in the Air... I travel about every week for work. I travel between major cities = LA, NYC, MIA, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, etc.
I have the Victornix 22" bag = I purchased because it fit my requirements: very good warranty and not a lot of extras (just a basic bag). I did NOT purchase it because it was a fashion statement.
I have a Fossil laptop bag = cost about $75.
VERY VERY VERY much doubt that anyone will ever comment on your choice of luggage. People do not care what kind of luggage you have from a "fashion" standpoint. I have never had anyone mention anything about it like that. Every once in a while (one every 6 months or so) someone will ask me how I like my bag because they are considering purchasing one.
I get a LOT of comments on my $75 laptop bag!! People really like it. It's fun and makes people smile because it's pretty colors - not just black.
As for what executives use - I would bet that the most common piece of luggage used by executives is Kirkland brand available only at Costco.
FYI = you do know that Victorinox is available at Target, don't you? There is nothing special about it.
