Titleist pro v1 golf balls?

My cousins and I are doing a Secret Santa and the person I picked requested Titleist pro v1 golf balls. On some websites they say "TITLEIST PERSONALIZED PRO V1 (#5-8) 12PK" and "TITLEIST PERSONALIZED PRO V1 (#1-4) 12PK" What does the #1-4 and #1-5 mean? I know nothing about golf. I was planning to get them personalized as well, since some sites offer free personalization. For those of you who are into golf, would you like to have your golf balls personlized? If so, any suggestions on what to put on them? Such as maybe your name? Thanks.

Unless you are buying them from a well know store online, be careful. I saw a news article today that some guys were arrested for selling the PRO V1s online. They took the money but never shipped the merchandise.
