but the site title and description has the city name misspelled

My guess is that your entry for www.visitmoclips.com is quite new.
(My hunch is based on the 'New' icon next to 'Go West: Visit Monclips' in the directory entry 
The help pages for Directory say that new entries may not be recognised:
