What is the best all inclusive resort/destination?

A group of our friends are planning a vacation for this summer to go to an all inclusive resort (preferably in the Caribbean). We've been married for 4 years, another couple for only 7 months, and then a bunch of single people are included. Any suggestions?
It'd be nice if it was a little romantic, but I don't want the single people to feel awkward.

Barbados is a great place to visit with some good all-inclusive hotels. You can choose for the Almond group which include Almond Beach Club and Spa that is adults-only.
