Kitty Passport
Is there any organization/society that can pick up cats from the airport, and keep them just temporarily?
Is there any type of humane society or organizaiton in the US that would maybe take in cats temporarily? I'm visiting my brother in Europe and he has a few cats. I've tried everything to home them, but to no avail, plus there are no animal shelters here, or in the whole country. It's Eastern Europe. So I was thinking about taking some home with me. I've vaccinated them all, they are all chipped and have kitty passports. The two big ones are neutered, the rest are kittens. And since I can't send them all at once, they might have to go in pairs, is there any organization that would just pick them up, until I arrive a day or so later, and get them all? My parents are unemotional, and they don't want to pick them up...If you have any advice, please help....:(
Try calling or emailing local boarding facilities where the cats will be arriving. I'm sure you'll be able to find one that's willing to pick them up for you. They would probably charge you an arm and a leg for it, but it can't be helped.
