i received a leather card holder from an unknown person!! WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!?

i receieved a card holder (leather one) in a UPS mail thing...but it doesn't say who it's from and i didn't order one but it's to me...what should i do?

Watch every day for charges on your credit cards or bank drafts! I got a cigarette holder in the mail & don't know where the heck it came from too. I DON'T EVEN SMOKE! I am still watching for charges to appear. Company's are sneaky like that................sometimes you can innocently click on a link while surfing the INTERNET or get those pesky pop-ups and before you know it you have gotten yourself in a mess & won't know it till you've been charged & it's to late!!!! Then you have to spend hours tracking down the charges of which you may not get back if a certain amount of time passes!!!!
