How do I make these leather needlepoint initial keychains?

I really want to learn how to make these keychains that were extremely popular in my high school but I can't find instructions or where to find the leather key fob part anywhere. Try one of your local needlepoint shops. I believe they are made by a company called Stirling Leather and are self-finishing when the needlepoint is completed. If the shop does not stock them, they can be ordered for you in a variety of colors.
