corolla 09 S **or** elantra 08 GLS?
why..
also, the corolla has more "things" included like fog lights and leather steering wheel etc
price is exactly the same
The Elantra SE is around the same price as a Corolla S but the SE is simply a better car. It has standard features that are expensive options on the Corolla like -
Heated Seats
Rear Center Armrest
Heated Mirrors
Cruise Control
Overhead Console
Rear Disc Brakes
Traction Control
Stability Control
Leather Seats
Some of these aren't even available on the Corolla plus the Elantra is bigger and more comfortable inside.
The Corolla will save a little more gas but that's because the engine is a little smaller. The Corolla has better resell value but that wouldn't matter much if your keeping the car for a long time.
The Corolla S may seem like the same price but after you start adding stuff the price goes up pretty high. That's why I mentioned the Elantra SE over the GLS because the "S" is the higher trim model for the Corolla.

It was the fifth series of Chrysler V8-engined Bristol models. With the 411, Bristol, for the first time since the 407 was introduced, made a change of engine. Although they were still using a Chrysler V8 engine, the old A type engine was gone.
