Best Bagless Vacuum Cleaner?

Looking for a bagless, lightweight, upright vacuum cleaner with REAR EXHAUST. I just purchased a Eureka Optima that had all the features I was looking for, but the exhaust was located in the front of the vacuum so when you push the vacuum forward the dust bunnies fly up in the air instead of being sucked into the vacuum! Gross...

Somewhat pricey but worth every penny; Bissell Healthy Home. 12 amps, similar filtering technology to Dyson, bag less, 5 year warranty, solid, tools are easy and accessible. If you watch sales you can get it for $200; normal is $250.

And it doesn't have the usual Bissell problem with catching stuff like tissues behind the lower filter. That clogs 'em up quicker than all get out. In over 2 years only one clog and that was hubby sucking up a small piece of cardboard. 4 screws and less than 5 minutes and I was back in business.

Tip for ya! Uprights don't do bare floors well to begin with. Sears sells a generic bare floor brush for $13. that with the adapter that comes with it fits right on the extension wand. Now those dust bunnies don't stand a chance.

Handles pet hair really well, along with all the other stuff a vacuum gets into around here. I'm happy enough with the one I have that I am considering getting another one for upstairs. Old two story houses with steep steps, a bad back and carrying a sweeper up and down sucks.
