I need some names to start a very small and simple research assignment. I am looking for OPENLY GAY men of color, particularly black men in the civil rights movement, who have contributed in some way to positive social change (NOT specific to gay rights). Leaders, organizers, Black Panthers members, etc.

I am only looking for openly gay men of color, and I don't need much information with the name, just what you know off the top of your head so I can find more info on them. Can be current or historical.
