Just got the otterbox impact series for my iPhone 4s in amazon...?
And it doesn't fit!! I went to the actual website and it says it doesn't fit iPhone 4s why not ? I thought they didn't change the design?? How can I send it back & get my money back
The website may say it doesn't fit but it does for the most part. With cases that "Fit the iPhone 4s" the opening for the mute/unmute switch is cut lower, and the volume buttons are either enlarged or shifted down a bit lower. These are to accommodate additional antenna in the iPhone 4s. None of them will significantly alter the functionality of the phone ie. the rubber might hit the mute switch. Try out the case for a bit and if these things bother you then I would go back to the merchant on Amazon and see if you can exchange your case for an iPhone 4s although at the moment the impact series for the iPhone 4s only comes in black...
