Nudists/Naturists: How do you handle carrying more than a .25 ACP at your activities?
Clothing optional activities are a big part of my life. I will use any opportunity I can to participate in Naturist activities. I regularly use a nudist pool, public bath/sauna, I make use of public nude beaches, I get the summer off at my job, so I try to spend a month every year at a naturist resort. It's a part of my life.
However, I am a very small man (five foot four, 114 pounds) and I have been a victim of violent crime. So I like as much as possible to be armed. I can secret a .25 ACP in my wallet holder, or in a small over the shoulder passport bag I carry with me on such occasions. Also, since I often am in humid environments (bath, pool, sauna, beach) I prefer a nickel plated weapon.
But from what I can see I am the ONLY person here who carries such a small weapon. Surely SOME of you here must be nudists/naturists. How do you handle carrying your larger, 9mm and so on weapons?
To tell you the truth, at the beaches and resorts I go to, I feel no reason to carry. At more dubious locations I go while clothed, I sometimes carry a 9mm in the same small backpack I keep my stuff in when I go to nudist venues. Either way, it's not going to be immediately available without being obvious and not concealed when you're naked. I suppose in states that allow open carry, you could holster it, but that... would be weird.
