Which Colleges or Universities let you pick your roommate for freshman year?
I live in the Philadelphia area and i wanted to know which colleges let you pick your roomate for freshman year. I've been told that all colleges do this and I've been told most don't so i wanted a definite answer from someone who knows about this topic. Thanks
