is it safe to wash & dry a polyester sleeping bag without damaging stuff?

The exterior is polyester, and i think the interior is made of some kinda of cotton material or something similar. It needs to be washed and dried, but I don't know if its a good idea to dry it in my dryer, because i don't know if it will shrink it or burn it!

So whats the best way to clean this? also, it says on the label 'use commercial washing/dryer and tumble dry' what does that mean exactly? my dryer doesn't have a 'tumble' dry setting...

Commercial washers and dryers are much bigger than home models. They recommend that for better water circulation and cleaning. Tumble dry is just using a dryer (it tumbles as it dries). Use a low heat, quick dry cycle for best results. If you have a big washer at home and it fits in easily, you can wash it at home in warm or cold water, gentle cycle.
