how to wash a bed rest pillow?
A bed rest pillow??? If you mean a standard pillow that you use when you sleep, you follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Many can go right in the washer. If you're talking about one of those pillow things that desperately tries (and usually fails) to turn your bed into a chair, I doubt that you have much of a way to do that. Bringing it to the dry cleaner and asking them if they can do it and asking for an estimate of how much it would cost is what I would do. Spot cleaning with an old washcloth and a little bit of bar soap would probably be your best bet for a cheapo solution.
