Is it ok to use a rolling suitcase and a rolling carry on when flying?
Ok, so this is a little random, but I was wondering if people ever use a rolling suitcase and a rolling carry on when flying? Because then you would have to use both hands to wheel them behind you.
My sister's birthday is coming up, and my husband and I were going to get her this rolling carry on:

She flies a lot for her job, so we thought it would be a good idea, but should we get her a tote bag or something instead? Is it too weird to use both at once?

It is a bit odd, but not impossible. Typically if both are rolling, than the carry on is such that it can sit on top of the suitcase, so that you only have to pull the suitcase handle, and the carry on is attached to it. Luggage companies often design their pieces so that you can do this with any two items, but you'd need to check. The other main option is to have the carry on be something with a shoulder strap (non-rolling) so that you can 'wear' that one while rolling the suitcase and still have your hands free.
