Did anyone buy saddle bags from Viking Bags on line?
Did anyone buy saddlebags from Viking bags on line.I am trying to find out if they are a good company to do business with .
I made a purchase 2 weeks ago - I did receive an e-mail stating the bags I bought had shipped but no other e-mails about how it shipped, tracking numbers etc have been answered.When I check on the website the order just shows as n/a. I tried calling the number they have posted but it's someone's cell phone that appears the message left was made in error.
I don't know if this company is a hoax or just poor in customer service but I would hold off - I've contacted my credit card company to investigate this purchase for now.
