The true cost of a bottle of water?
Ok, so I've worked out that from my tap, I pay approximately 1p per 5 litres of water. However, a bottle of 250ml of water from vending machines costs on average £1 (£1.50 at the train station!!)
Does anyone know the approximate costs for a bottle company to make a single bottle and then the average delivery costs per bottle. Say 500 miles. (obviously they'll be transported in their hundreds of thousands, so a shipping quote divided by 100k!)
