Ebay question, my buyer backed out, what to do?

I know this is in the wrong section, but I couldn't find one that fit. I spend most of my time with you guys and really value your opinion! I am brand new at selling things on Ebay. I listed a brand new without tags diaper bag for sale. I only had 1 bidder. I waited almost a week and still didn't receive payment. I contacted her through Ebay to remind her to pay. She sent a email back saying after looking at other diaper bags mine looked faded and used and she didn't want it. It is brand new! Maybe the lighting on the camera was not quite right or something. Should I leave her negative feedback or complain to Ebay? The number of stars by her name was 0. Thanks!

Yea, there is an existing system to deal with Non Paying Bidders. Go to the help section on Ebay and start a dispute.

Do not leave negative feedback until this matter is resolved.

With any luck, idiot buyers like this will be weeded out eventually allowing you to trade with decent, honest buyers.
