Does anyone know how to make these paper flowers?

the first ones preferably?

Just by looking at them, I would probably use wire and some kind of thin paper, like the kind used for scrapbooking, that bends easily without creasing. Just make the petals one at a time, and thread them through the wire. Add them one layer at a time, starting with the inner most pieces, til you place the outter petals. Don't know how clear that is, hope it helps a little.
