I need some ideas for a Secret Santa present for my 15yr old cousin?

My cousin, is quiet possibly the last of all of my cousins I would have hoped to get for Secret Santa. I barely know him, but what I do know is that he goes to a top-notch 'academically exclusive' school in the city. He plays soccer and cricket religiously. He's 15. I don't think he would even know what is under a girl's skirt, let alone care. He builds robots for fun and likes to play strategy and puzzle games. His parents are snobs and he is the product of a cheating husband and is, to put it mildly, a spoilt brat. He's going to Montreal for their summer as part of a physics convention with his school, so I thought of getting him one of those travel/power/converters but he already has one.
He already has every book a kid could ever need, and every computer and non-computer game.
The price range for our Secret Santa is around $40 (Australian).
Any suggestions on a present for him?

i was actually surfing the q & a's to find a suggestion for a cousin a couple years younger than yours. last year i got him a set of binoculars that he really seemed to like - a lot of the guys at our gathering really liked them too and i ended up giving them to another family member for his birthday. i was thinking that is something a lot of people don't have & even if his parents have some, it would be nice to have his own set. he could take them on the trip if they are doing any site seeing or go to a place with a nice view. there is a wide price range on them - if i were you i'd just get the best set i could w/the $40 - i'm not sure how australian $ compares to the united states, but they run as low as $10 (united states) & as high as you want to go - the more $ the better the pair. i'm trying to find something for him this year - can't give the same gift again.
