I messed up setting the combination on a brand-new Samsonite Travel Sentry 3-Dial Combination...?

...lock, and cannot reset...
the combination to get the lock open. HELP!! Any sugestons? I need to get this working "yesterday".

You will probably have to wait until Wednesday morning, but hopefully, you have already given up for the night! Here is the link to customer service for Samsonite in the United States:

PS. If "Travel Sentry" means that the baggage handlers can open the lock with a passkey, you could take the bag to the airport, and see if one of the baggage people would open it for you, so you can at least get whatever's in it out of there! (A tip here would probably help.) Won't solve all your problems, but if you are desperate enough to get whatever is in the bag, this is one way to do it...
