Can Chinese customs/security open TSA approved luggage locks?
I'm traveling to China and I don't want the Chinese to be able to open my luggage (short of them breaking the lock off). If I put a regular lock on I know TSA will cut it off if they search me bag. If I put a TSA approved lock on and the Chinese can open it is pointless. (I don't plan on packing anything illegal, just don't want my bags rumaged through).

since you will have claim you bag before you clear china customs
Chinese customs agent will ask you to open it you will be right there
